I provide culturally informed evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, young adults, and families coping with health conditions and life stressors.
About Me
I’m a licensed psychologist in California (License #: PSY36052) who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating challenges related to health, identity, and family relationships. I specialize in pediatric psychology (including chronic pain, complex medical conditions, and eating disorders), as well as immigration and acculturation-related stress, racial stress, and LGBTQ+ and gender identity.
I provide individual, family, and caregiver-only therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT skills, and family-based treatment, adapted to each family’s cultural context and values.
My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, with a focus on helping young people and caregivers feel more understood, empowered, and connected in their daily lives.
